Aardra holds a bachelors degree in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from SCT College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and a Masters in Management from Warwick Business School, UK, where she attended with the fully-funded Jubilee Scholarship scholarship from the British Government and the British Council. She has prior industry experience in marketing, strategy and product management.
Ms. Sinu Sunny
Head of Operations
Sinu heads operations at Aeka. She is also responsible for sales and marketing support, managing existing technology, as well as strategic development of product lines.
Parvathi Ramaswami
Production Lead
Parvathi leads the production activities of Aeka's environmental biotech products. She also handles in-house process & packaging innovation activities, sampling and quality checks, and production-related administration. She is involved in new product development and research.
Sri. Pradeep K.
Marketing Manager
Sri. Pradeep manages the marketing activities for Aeka's agricultural microbiology product ranges. A retired banker, and an expert at customer relationship-building and management, Sri. Pradeep also enjoys gardening and organic terrace farming in his spare time.

Shri. Mouli is a financial and debt syndication expert with over three decades of banking and finance experience. He is the founder of TGL Consultants, and previously was the head of various verticals at HDFC Bank, Centurion Bank, and State Bank of Travancore.

Our mentor and scientific consultant, Dr. V. P. Potty, had more than four decades of research experience, and had to his credit well over a hundred papers published. He had led several eminent scientific teams in his roles as Principal Scientist (Retd.), CTCRI and Principal Scientist and Head, CEPC Laboratory and Technical Division, Kollam. He is greatly missed.
